Claira Stollfus

Executive Director & President

Claira is an experienced administrative professional with an MBA in Nonprofit Management, and is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional.  She has extensive practical knowledge of business management, performance appraisal, recruiting, and social media. Claira brings broad organizational experience, recognized for streamlined process improvements and creative problem solving, to TEAM in her role as Executive Director & President. 

In her down time, Claira enjoys spending time with friends and family or being outdoors hiking, kayaking, camping, or enjoying a sunset. 

Laura Gustafson

Executive Director & Vice President

Laura holds her BBA with a concentration in marketing from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. She provides friendly, customer-focused association management services.  Laura enjoys building strong relationships with her Boards and client members, and is committed to providing excellent meeting, event and membership experiences. From inception through completion, her event planning expertise ranges from intimate meetings of 20 people to large multi-day conferences attracting in excess of 600 attendees. She professionally manages communications via email, social media platforms, and print publications. Laura has years of experience executing successful marketing campaigns and managing special projects, to facilitate the achievement of her client's goals. 

When not at TEAM, Laura enjoys spending time at her family's lake cottage, reading, and working in her garden. 

Marissa Biese

Marketing Executive

Marissa is a creative individual with a BA in Visual Communication and years of experience helping clients reach their goals. She has a keen eye for design and is mindful of client branding and image in all she does, creating aesthetically pleasing graphics for publications, social media, and websites. Marissa has designed client websites on multiple platforms and loves helping clients actualize their vision.

Outside the office, she enjoys gardening, herbalism, and mythology.  She is also a seasoned martial artist with over ten years of jiujitsu under her (black) belt.

SEAN DRESDEN

Association Executive

Sean holds a BA in education and has spent over a decade serving in leadership positions for a diverse group of non-profit organizations. Their skill set encompasses organizational management, event planning, technical writing, and teaching. With a focus on collaboration, they have built strong partnerships with teams, clients, donors, and volunteers, consistently working towards making a positive impact together.

Sean spends their free time working with cats in need of behavior modification due to aggression or other issues. They've used positive-reinforcement-based training methods to teach their cats over a dozen commands.

Sarah Misicka

Association Executive

Sarah is an experienced event planner and entrepreneur with a passion for creating seamless, memorable experiences for clients. Drawing on her years of hands-on experience in event planning, team leadership, and building strong relationships with stakeholders, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term connections. With a keen attention to detail and a love for logistics, Sarah thrives in managing the complexities of each event, ensuring everything runs smoothly. She believes in the power of effective communication and collaboration to achieve goals and create value for clients, always leading with integrity and vision.

Away from the office, she is involved with the BSA and enjoys reading and traveling.

Anastasia Kester

Association Executive

Anastasia holds a BA in English and a Project Management certification, providing her with the knowledge and expertise required to effectively lead and manage complex projects. With over six years of experience in event planning and management, she is a seasoned professional focused on delivering impactful events that unite and engage communities. As an expert in the industry, she excels in curating memorable experiences that foster meaningful connections. She is also passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals by providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys spending quality time with her family & dog. She’s also a passionate cook who loves exploring new recipes and culinary adventures.

Bruce B. Bautch

CPA, Finance Manager

Bruce is a CPA with over 25 years of accounting and operational experience. He started his career auditing with Ernst & Young and is also a retired Army Reserve Engineer Captain. Bruce looks for efficiency and accuracy controls in all his work areas. Bruce is also a certified FocalPoint Business Coach and Trainer and enjoys helping business owners surpass their goals  and gain more control over their business and their personal lives. 

Bruce lives on a small lake in Waukesha County and enjoys the outdoors, reading and Brewers baseball.
