TEAM acts as the first point of contact for our client's members. We engage them with regular communications and newsletters, and oversee member and contact databases. TEAM is equipped to handle renewals, track membership, create reports, execute membership drives, and handle inquiries about our client's organizations. We help organizations strengthen their recruitment and retention strategies, ensuring seamless operations and a thriving membership community.
Meeting, Planning, & Event Management
TEAM provides clients with exceptional event experiences, managing everything from monthly meetings, virtual programing, educational webinars, networking socials, golf outings, sporting clay outings, and large multi-day conferences. Annually, TEAM oversees over 40 member events, 6 major conferences, and countless committee and Board meetings.
Account & Finance Management
TEAM provides accounting and finance management services with our on-staff CPA, who works with Treasurers and Boards to provide complete monthly financials, credit card reconciliation, and monthly AR/AP reports.
TEAM has the expertise to assist your organization’s leadership with annual budgeting, projections, and long-term financial planning. Clients who choose to use our financial services are invited to use TEAM's discounted QuickBooks Online.
Marketing, Communications & Social Media
TEAM’s marketing services include implementation of a brand conscious marketing program, social media management, print and electronic communications, website management, membership surveys, and a personalized email, mailing address, and phone extension. TEAM works with your volunteer leadership to clearly communicate your value to current and new markets, expanding the reach of your association.
Sponsorship
Understanding the importance of non-dues revenue, we will work to cultivate relationships with industry partners, vendors, and affiliated groups. TEAM has extensive experience in creating and execucting sponsorship programs, from event sponsorships to annual sponsorships. We will collaborate with your Board to identify sponsor prospects and develop deliverables. TEAM will use our in-house marketing capabilities to launch and promote the sponsorship program.
Administrative & Data Support
TEAM provides a full-time office for the receipt of mail and telephone calls. Your organization will be given a dedicated phone extension and email, and our staff will act as the first point-of-contact. We use Office 365, and all files are backed up to the Microsoft cloud. The cloud allows us to store and share your files with any necessary parties easily and securely. We strive to stay abreast of and use the most efficient and current technologies, and our IT partner ensures minimum down-time, should any issue arise.
