Patrick Goss - DBA Board of Directors as the new Executive Director

The Wisconsin Technical College District Boards Association is pleased to announce that Patrick Goss has been appointed as the new Executive Director, effective March 2, 2026.

Pat brings over three decades of experience in public policy, transportation, tourism, and association leadership. His strong background in advocacy and economic development will help advance DBA’s mission of supporting technical college trustees across Wisconsin.
